These terms are a binding agreement between you and Swoonia. By using Swoonia, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Swoonia is not for anyone under 18.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and the content you share. Keep your login secure and your information accurate. One account per person; no impersonation.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate them.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Swoonia Premium and other paid features are governed by our Billing Terms, including auto-renewal and cancellation. Please review them.
5. Content & license
You keep ownership of content you create, and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for content you share.
6. Disclaimers
Swoonia is provided "as is." We do not conduct criminal background checks on members and are not responsible for the conduct of any user. Always use good judgment and follow our safety guidance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swoonia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes will be resolved as set out here [insert arbitration/venue clause as advised by counsel].
