How to report in-app
- Open the profile or conversation.
- Tap the menu (•••) and choose Report.
- Pick a reason and add details. You can block them at the same time.
What happens next
Our team reviews every report and acts under our Community Guidelines — from warnings to permanent bans. Serious cases are escalated to law enforcement. Reports are confidential.
Emergencies
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then report in-app or email support@swoonia.com.
