Swoonia has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Our standards
- Swoonia is strictly for adults 18 and older. Accounts believed to belong to minors are removed.
- We prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes minors, including grooming and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- We use detection and human review to find and remove violating content and accounts.
Reporting & action
Anyone can report suspected CSAE in-app or to support@swoonia.com. We remove violating content, ban offenders, preserve evidence, and report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities as required by law.
